Synopsis
Starting this off, I must say, from the name, the average person is either going to be offended by it's content, or is not going to take this movie seriously from the start. Personally, if you go into this film not expecting it to be scary, and you accept it for what it is, you're likely to find it quite enjoyable.

Jesus has been resurrected by an unknown force as a zombie and is going about the town both killing and healing people. If you ask me, this is one of the most original Indie-Horror ideas I have seen in a long time.

Review
The acting isn't great, but it kind of fits with the script and the Rob Zombie-looking Jesus that the director had selected. Speaking of the script, I must say, it's one of the funniest I've seen in any of the horror films I've seen. Extremely entertaining.

As far as effects and gore go, the zombie makeup on the people is done well; also some of the bleeding props were pretty good. There is one kill scene in it that is relatively gross, other than that, I think the people with weak stomachs will be okay.

If you are looking for something to make you jump-out-of-your-skin scary, this, much like any zombie film, isn't going to do it for you.

Wrap It Up
I'm going to go ahead and sum this up. This was one of the most original and entertaining Indie-Horror films I have seen in awhile. This has an original idea, hysterical scripting and some nice effects. This was just as good (or better) as most any low budget horror film you see on the shelf in your local video store. If there is a sequel, I will be first in line to get a copy.
